No longer sold new: look for it in a library, or for a used copy.
A second collection from the Penang peace programme, on the talks, the ceasefire and civil society’s part in them.
This collection was edited by Kamarulzaman Askandar and Ayesah Abubakar and published in 2009 by Research and Education for Peace at Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang with the Southeast Asian Conflict Studies Network. It came out of a seminar called Consolidation for Peace (COP3) for Mindanao: Strategic Planning for Peace Post MOA-AD. That is, it was planned after the government-MILF memorandum on ancestral domain collapsed in 2008. The papers deal with the peace talks, the ceasefire and the role of civil society, and include references.
